Bridal Dress Shop with Office and Storage Area on Plovdiv–Asenovgrad Road

This project is a bridal dress store with integrated office and storage areas, located in Asenovgrad, directly on the main Plovdiv–Asenovgrad road.

The building is designed with three above-ground floors and a basement:

- Ground floor: Retail showroom
- Second floor: Retail + Office space
- Third floor: Office areas
- Basement: Storage area (262 sq.m)

The structure is reinforced concrete (RC frame) with a flat roof.
The façade is treated with silicate plaster and decorative elements, featuring frameless display windows.
The design complies fully with energy efficiency regulations.
