The project concerns a two-storey single-family house with a total floor area (GFA) of 208 sq.m, located in the village of Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality. The house is detached and situated within its plot. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the south, facing the street. The main entrance is on the east side. Parking for two vehicles is provided. An existing auxiliary building on the property will be preserved.
The residential building consists of a ground floor (elevation ±0.00) and a second floor (elevation +2.90).
The ground floor includes an entrance hall, dining room/kitchen, living room, toilet, one bedroom with a private bathroom, a staircase with storage space beneath one flight, and a veranda. The second floor is reached via a monolithic two-flight staircase.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a terrace. Each bedroom has a private bathroom; one includes a walk-in wardrobe and the other, a laundry room.
The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is hipped with a slope of 30% (approximately 17 degrees), constructed from timber with waterproofing and ceramic tiles “Bramac” Atica.
The façades are insulated and finished with white silicate plaster and partially clad in natural “kokal”-type stone and timber siding. The window frames are made of PVC (6-chamber profile, wood-colored foil finish on one side) with double-glazed low-emission float glass.
