The project concerns a two-storey detached family house with a total floor area of 250 sq.m, located in the Badelama district of Asenovgrad. The house is freely positioned within the property boundaries. Vehicular and pedestrian access is provided from the south, from the street. The main entrance to the house is on the east side, but an additional access from the south leads to an open veranda. Parking is planned for two cars within the property, as well as an enclosed garage for one vehicle.
The house consists of a ground floor (elevation 0.00), a second floor (elevation +2.80), and an attic level under the pitched roof at elevation +5.60.
At elevation 0.00, the layout includes an entrance hall/corridor, toilet, garage for one car with a fire-resistant EI 60 door leading into the corridor, guest bedroom with private bathroom, living/dining/kitchen area with access to an open veranda, and a staircase.
At elevation +2.80, there are two bedrooms, each with a terrace and a shared bathroom accessible from the hallway, as well as a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private terrace. There is also a study on this level.
The staircase continues to elevation +5.60, where an attic room is situated in the roof space.
