This project covers a two-storey single-family residential house located in the village of Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality. The house is detached on the property. Vehicle and pedestrian access is from the east, facing the street. The main entrance is also on the east side. The property includes space for parking two cars.

The residential building comprises a ground floor (elevation ±0.00) and a second floor (elevation +2.85).

On the ground floor, the layout includes an entrance hall/corridor, kitchen with dining area, living room, toilet, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace, storage room, internal staircase, and a veranda. The second floor is accessed via a solid two-flight staircase.

The upper floor features one bedroom with terrace and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with terrace, and a third bedroom. A shared bathroom serves the latter two. Multiple terraces are provided, and an inspection hatch allows access to the roof.

The house has a monolithic reinforced concrete structural system. The exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. Above the second level (+2.85), a reinforced concrete slab supports a pitched roof with thermal insulation using mineral wool. The walls are built with hollow ceramic bricks. Interior partition walls are brick, 12 cm and 25 cm thick. The roof is hipped with a 30% slope (approximately 17 degrees), constructed from timber, waterproofed, and finished with "Bramac" Atica tiles. Drainage is ensured via PVC gutters.

The façades are insulated and rendered with white silicate plaster, partially clad in natural stone ("kokal" type) and timber siding. The window frames are 6-chamber PVC profiles, wood-foil laminated on one side, with double low-emission white float glass glazing.
