This is a project for a single-family house, part of a gated complex in the Gorna Voden district of Asenovgrad. The building is three-storey. Vehicle and pedestrian access is from the north, via the street, and the entrance to the house is also on the north side. The terrain has a significant slope.

Parking for two cars is provided within the property—in a garage.

The residential building consists of a basement (elevation -2.80), a first floor (elevation 0.00), and a second floor (elevation +3.00).

At elevation -2.80 are located a garage for two cars, three storage rooms, a boiler room, and a corridor. Access to elevation 0.00 is via a double-flight monolithic staircase.

On the first floor (elevation 0.00) are located an entrance hall, WC, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, guest bedroom, and a veranda accessible from the living room.

The staircase continues to elevation +3.00, where three bedrooms are designed, along with two bathrooms, a corridor, and a terrace adjoining one of the bedrooms.

The load-bearing structure of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external and partial internal thermal insulation. The roof is flat, with both waterproofing and thermal insulation. Drainage is via internal PVC downpipes.

The façades are insulated and finished with two-tone plaster, partially exposed concrete, and partially clad in HPL composite façade panels in a wood finish. The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foil, RAL 7016 color) with double-glazed low-emission K-glass.
