The project concerns a single-family house, part of a gated residential complex in Gorni Voden, Asenovgrad. The house is three-storey and detached within the plot. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the south, facing the street. The main entrance is on the southern side, with a separate access to the garage from the west. Parking is provided for three vehicles – two in a garage and one in an open parking space. The plot has a significant slope.
The residential building consists of a basement level (elevation -2.80), a first floor (elevation 0.00), and a second floor (elevation +3.15).
At elevation -2.80, the following rooms are located: a garage for two vehicles, two storage rooms, a boiler room, and a corridor. Access to the ground floor (0.00) is via a monolithic double-flight staircase.
On the first floor (elevation 0.00) are: entrance hall, hallway, WC, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a veranda accessed from the living room (east-facing).
Access to the second floor (+3.15) is also via a double-flight monolithic staircase. This level includes: a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms with two bathrooms, three terraces, and a corridor.
The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The roof is flat, with both thermal and waterproofing layers. Drainage is solved using internal PVC downpipes.
The façades are thermally insulated and finished with two-tone plaster, partially exposed concrete, and partially clad with HPL composite panels in wood color.
