This is a comprehensive investment project in the technical phase for a single-family residential building in Asenovgrad. The structure is a three-story monolithic building, with most of the first floor located below street level due to the natural slope of the terrain. At the same time, the presence of an existing retaining wall between the road and the plot allows the first floor to be fully accessible from the property side without being embedded into the ground.
The existing external stairs from the road level to the yard are preserved and will continue to provide access to the yard. The main entrance of the house is at street level. From there, a single-flight staircase leads down to the first floor and another single flight leads up to the second floor.
Essentially, the three floors are organized as separate dwellings for different family members, but the entire house will function as a single-family home. The top floor has lower ceiling height at the periphery, which is compensated by increased ceiling height toward the ridge of the roof. Inside, the visible wooden beams will be preserved, with insulation placed between them using mineral wool.
