The subject of the project is a glamping complex in the village of Skobelevo, “Star Harmani” area, Plovdiv region. The buildings are free-standing on the property according to the planning visa. As requested by the client, the project includes one residential building and two identical service buildings (storage and summer kitchen). The vehicular and pedestrian access is from the northwest, facing the street. Three parking spaces are provided within the property.

The residential building consists of two above-ground floors and no basement.
At level ±0.00, the layout includes: storage room, toilet, entrance hall, living room, kitchen, veranda, and a staircase to the upper floor.
At level +3.15: boiler room, corridor, laundry room, four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is gable, hydro- and thermally insulated, covered with green-colored bitumen shingles. Drainage is handled with visible seamless gutters with polyester coating (brown), and external downpipes. The roof structure is wooden.

The external walls are made of Wienerberger bricks (25 cm) with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with materials mounted externally on the reinforced concrete and masonry. Interior partitions are also Wienerberger bricks (12 and 25 cm).

Heating is via heat pump and underfloor heating. A ventilation system is provided per HVAC design.

The façades combine various materials and colors. A wood-textured composite façade cladding “Zahid” ACLASS 3126 is used in combination with natural gneiss stone in grey color.

The window frames are aluminum (ETEM E75), brown, with triple glazing (low-emission float glass).

The two service buildings are single-story and identical in appearance and area.
Building 1 includes a summer kitchen and bathroom;
Building 2 includes a storage room and bathroom.
The structure is entirely wooden. The gable roof is covered with green bitumen shingles, which continue down the façade walls. Combined with “Zahid” ACLASS 3126 wood-effect composite panels and natural gneiss cladding in grey.

Heating is provided by HVAC-designed air conditioning.
