-Roof: Flat, thermally and waterproof insulated, drained via internal PVC pipes.

-25 cm “Wienerberger” brick with external and partial internal insulation
-Thermal bridge protection
-Interior walls: 12 and 25 cm brick
-Façade with white (Baumit HBW 89 Life 0019) and grey plaster (Baumit HBW 33 Life 0925), and natural grey gneiss stone
-Aluminum windows: ETEM E75, RAL 7016, triple glazing

Heating and Ventilation:
-Air-to-water heat pump with fan coil convectors
