The subject of the project is the construction of three guest houses located in Vrata village, Asenovgrad Municipality, Plovdiv region.

The houses are freestanding, designed in accordance with the urban planning permit. A parking area with 9 spaces is situated at the eastern edge of the plot, facing the street. The parking level is lower than the level of the guest houses and is accessed via a series of stairs and platforms.

Each guest house has:
-Its own platform terrace
-A traditional wooden "chardak" (covered balcony)
-Separate entrances for guests
-A single-arm external wooden staircase for accessing the second floor

House Type 1:
-Ground floor (±0.00): 3 guest rooms, each with its own bathroom
-Upper floor (+2.80): 3 guest rooms, each with its own bathroom

House Type 2:
-Same distribution as House Type 1

House Type 3:
-Ground floor: 2 guest rooms with private bathrooms + sauna
-Upper floor (+2.80): 1 guest room with bathroom and 1 apartment consisting of a living room and a guest room

In line with traditional Rhodope architecture, all three houses feature large wooden balconies ("chardaks") made of timber beams, columns, braces, and stairs. Beneath the balconies are terraces with scenic views toward the Belintash rock formation, embraced by natural greenery – meadows, fruit trees, and shrubs.

All visible wooden elements on the balconies, facades, and interiors are treated with fireproof coating and impregnated for fire safety compliance. The architectural expression is inspired by the scale, materials, and facade composition of the traditional mountain houses in the Rhodope region.
