Two semi-detached single-family houses have been designed on adjacent plots in the village of Bachkovo, municipality of Asenovgrad. The ground floor includes a living room, entrance hall, kitchen, toilet, staircase, and a veranda facing south toward the yard. The second floor comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a shared terrace. On the third floor, there is an additional bedroom with its own bathroom and a large covered terrace functioning as a winter garden. The façades feature stone cladding, wooden siding, and silicate plaster. The buildings comply with all current energy efficiency standards. Each plot provides one parking space.
