Project of a Packaging Facility with Office Section in the Industrial Zone of Asenovgrad

This is a project for a packaging facility with an office section, located in the industrial part of Asenovgrad. The building consists of two main work areas and an office section. It is freestanding on the plot, meeting all regulatory distances from the road and neighboring properties, in accordance with the design permit.

Vehicle access is from the northeast, with parking for four cars, and pedestrian access is from the southeast. The building features a mixed structural system—partially steel and partially reinforced concrete. The façades are clad with thermal panels, partially exposed concrete, and partially with composite cladding of the “Etalbond” type.
