The project concerns the reconstruction and major renovation of an existing building into a two-storey office building.
At elevation 0.00, the ground floor accommodates four office units, a conference room, a hallway, staff rooms with a kitchenette, an archive room, two restrooms with anterooms, and a boiler room with a separate external entrance. The main entrance to the building is from the north (street side), and an exit is also provided to the southern yard.
Access to elevation +3.25 is provided by a monolithic two-flight staircase.
At elevation +3.25, the layout includes an executive office and a residential apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entrance hall, and a terrace.
The building façade features exposed ceramic bricks on the first floor, grey silicate plaster on the second floor, and new exterior columns made of exposed concrete. A glass curtain wall is planned along the corridor on both the southern and northern façades.
