Comprehensive Project for a Warehouse Complex with Office and Residential Area in Asenovgrad

This is a comprehensive investment project in the technical phase for an industrial goods warehouse in Asenovgrad. The building consists of two separate sections, divided by a structural expansion joint.

The front section of the plot houses the office spaces, staff lounge, changing rooms, archive, a general-purpose warehouse, and a residential unit. This body includes a basement level and two floors above it. Vertical circulation is achieved through a staircase core, with separate entrances—one facing the street for the office area, and another on the side of the staircase core for the residential area.

The rear body is dedicated entirely to storage. It consists of two levels, the lower of which is partially embedded in the terrain. Vertical goods movement is facilitated by a freight platform between the storage levels. Additionally, for staff access and potential evacuation, a separate staircase core is provided at the back of the warehouse.

A corridor passing through the expansion joint and equipped with metal fire-resistant doors connects the two sections. The main entrance of the building is oriented toward the street. Both structures have flat roofs with waterproofing, and an extensive green roof is planned above the storage section.
