Design of an Industrial Goods Storage Base with Showroom and Office Area in Asenovgrad

The project involves the design of a warehouse base for industrial goods with a showroom, located in Asenovgrad. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the southwest, directly from the main road. The site provides parking for six vehicles within the property limits, and access for truck deliveries is also ensured.

At elevation 0.00 (ground level), the facility includes a showroom, three storage areas, staff service rooms, and another showroom space.
At elevation +5.15 (office level), the layout includes two offices, a conference room, a secretary’s room, corridor, staff room, two toilets with anterooms, and a terrace. Skylights are planned above the corridor area to provide top lighting.

The façades of the office section are thermally insulated and finished with silicate plaster, partially clad in composite aluminum panels (Etalbond type), and granite cladding at the base. The warehouse section features wall-mounted sandwich panels (6 cm thick), also partially covered with Etalbond panels and granite base cladding.

The window joinery is PVC (6-chamber profile, color according to sample) with double-glazed low-emission float glass. Frameless display windows are used in the showroom section.
