Project of a Warehouse Base with Showroom and Office Area near KCM Plovdiv, Kuklen Municipality, on Road II-86

This project is for a warehouse base with a showroom and office area located in Kuklen Municipality. It is situated on the national road II-86 “Plovdiv-Asenovgrad-Smolyan,” near the KCM industrial complex. The building is free-standing within the plot, maintaining the required regulatory distances from the property boundaries and the 25-meter offset from the national road. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided from the northeast via a newly designed service road under a separate project. The property includes parking for nine cars and access for delivery by truck.

The building consists of a warehouse section, showroom, and office area, without a basement. The warehouse is one storey high, while the showroom and office section are two storeys. The showroom features a curtain wall glass façade with hidden and visible profiles, and partially solid cladding with composite façade panels of the “Etalbond” type. The roof over the reinforced concrete section is flat, thermally and waterproof insulated, and the warehouse section has a double-pitched roof with a 5% slope, covered with 6 cm thick roof panels.
