Mixed-use Building with Medical Office, Retail Unit, and Ten Apartments in Asenovgrad

The project concerns the development of a residential building with a retail unit and medical office in Asenovgrad, Plovdiv region.

The building consists of:
-One retail unit (on two levels),
-One medical office (on two levels),
-Ten residential apartments, and
-An attic and storage units (on the ground and basement levels).

The retail unit is on two levels:
-At ±0.00 – retail area
-At -2.80 – storage room, changing room, and WC for staff

Access to the lower level is via a monolithic staircase.

The medical office is also on two levels:
-At ±0.00 – medical room and reception
-At -2.80 – storage, changing room, and WC
Connected internally with a monolithic staircase.

The residential section has a separate entrance from the north, through a courtyard, with its own monolithic staircase and elevator.

There are 12 parking spaces in the inner courtyard, serving the 12 units: 1 retail space, 1 medical office, and 10 apartments.

Basement level (-2.80):
-Corridor, 10 private storage units (basement cellars for each apartment). Access to the basement is via staircase and elevator, with the staircase protected by EI 90 fire-rated door.

Ground floor (±0.00):
-Entrance vestibule for the residential part, storage with WC, retail unit, and medical office.

Second floor (+3.40):
Apartments 1–3:

-A1: 58.30 sq.m – entrance hall, corridor, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 2 terraces
