The project concerns a residential building with garages in Asenovgrad. The building is detached within the plot, in compliance with the regulatory distances from the street and the side property line, as per the design visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the northeast, facing the street. The building has three above-ground floors and no basement, served by a monolithic double-flight staircase naturally lit from the façade.

At elevation 0.00, the design includes an entrance vestibule, staircase to elevation +2.80 and -1.40, and one apartment – Apartment No. 1, as well as a garage for two cars located at elevation -1.40.
Apartment No. 1 (Built-up area: 51.90 sq.m) consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, bedroom, and a storage room on the ground floor of the building.

At elevation +2.80, Apartment No. 2 is located.
Apartment No. 2 (Built-up area: 143.05 sq.m) consists of a hallway/corridor, WC, bathroom, storage room, living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, and three terraces.

At elevation +5.60, Apartment No. 3 is situated.
Apartment No. 3 (Built-up area: 143.05 sq.m) has the same layout as Apartment No. 2: hallway/corridor, WC, bathroom, storage room, living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, and three terraces.

At elevation +8.40, there is an attic space, accessible via the staircase.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The façades are thermally insulated and finished with two types of plaster, partially clad with shaped slabs of granite gneiss and partially with dark oak-colored wood-effect siding. The windows are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-sided foil in RAL 7016) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
