The project concerns a two-storey residential building and a single-storey workshop with two garages in the town of Asenovgrad. The residential part consists of two apartments and has an independent entrance from the northeast and a two-flight monolithic staircase illuminated from the northwest.
On elevation 0.00 is Apartment No. 1 with a built-up area of 95.60 sq.m, comprising an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Apartment No. 2 is located at elevation +2.90 with a built-up area of 118.20 sq.m and includes an entrance, living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, bathroom and four terraces. At elevation +5.60, in the attic space, two storage rooms are planned—one for each apartment. The structure of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The external walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated with insulation mounted externally on both the concrete structure and the walls. Internal partitions are made of brick with thicknesses of 12 cm and 25 cm. The roof is hipped with a 50% slope, built from a wooden structure, waterproofed and finished with Bramac tiles. Drainage is ensured by visible PVC cornice-type gutters and external downpipes.
The façades are insulated and rendered in two types of plaster and partially clad in natural stone. The window joinery is made of six-chamber PVC profiles, foil-laminated in RAL 9007, with double low-emission Ka glass. At the rear of the plot, a single-storey building is designed to serve as a workshop with two garages.
