Project of a Residential Building with Two Apartments, Shop and Basement in Asenovgrad

This is a project for a residential building with a commercial unit in Asenovgrad. The structure is divided into a retail and a residential section, including a basement.

The commercial section consists of a single retail space with a restroom.
The residential part includes two apartments with dedicated storage rooms (cellars) located in the basement. The project provides parking for four cars within the property limits.

The load-bearing structure of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are built with 25 cm thick brick masonry and are insulated externally with an effective thermal insulation layer. Interior partition walls are built with 12 cm and 25 cm thick bricks.

The roof is a four-pitched wooden structure with a 55% slope, hydro-insulated and covered with "Bramac" ceramic tiles. Rainwater drainage is provided via exposed PVC cornice gutters and exterior downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated and rendered with HBW 89 Baumit Life 0016 plaster on the bays and HBW 11 Baumit Life 0882 for the rest of the surfaces. Decorative vertical stripes clad with RAL 9006 Etalbond composite panels add accents to the exterior. The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-sided foiled, color RAL 9007) with double-glazed, white float low-emission K-glass for the apartments. Frameless glass showcases are used for the commercial area.
