Project of a Single-Storey Family House with Garage, Veranda and Study in Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality

This is a project for a single-storey family house located in the village of Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality, with a total floor area of 211 sq.m. The building is detached within the plot. The entrance and vehicular access are from the southwest, where a garage is located, along with one additional outdoor parking space. The house has no basement.

At elevation 0.00, the layout includes an entrance hall, corridor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one toilet, a walk-in closet, a study, garage, storage room, and a living room with dining area and kitchen. There is access to an open veranda on the northeast side from both the living room and the hall. At elevation +2.95, there is a non-usable attic space.

The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete. External walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with materials applied over the reinforced concrete structure and surrounding walls. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick brick.

The roof is three-pitched with a slope of 35%, constructed with a timber structure, waterproofing layers, and covered with “Elegant” metal tiles in RAL 7024 Polyester (PE), partially flat. Roof drainage is provided by visible PVC gutters for the sloped sections and PVC parapet outlets for the flat section, all connected to external PVC downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with white plaster, timber cladding, and partially faced with natural stone. The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foiled, grey color) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
