Project of a Two-Storey Single-Family House with Veranda and Parking Spaces in Mominsko, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region

This project features a two-storey single-family house located in the village of Mominsko, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The house is detached within the plot in accordance with the urban planning permit. Both vehicular and pedestrian access are from the south, facing the street. The main entrance to the house is from the south. Parking for two cars is provided within the property boundaries.

The residential building consists of a ground floor (elevation 0.00) and a second floor (elevation +2.90).
On the ground floor, there is an entrance platform, an office, entrance hall/corridor, staircase, bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen, and a veranda. Access to the second floor is via a double-flight monolithic staircase.

The second floor includes a corridor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, three terraces, and a laundry room. An inspection hatch for roof access is also provided.

The load-bearing structure of the house is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective thermal insulation applied externally. Thermal bridges are minimized using insulation applied over the concrete structure and external walls. Above the second level (elevation +2.90), a reinforced concrete slab is placed under the sloped roof, with mineral wool insulation above it. Walls are constructed with hollow ceramic bricks. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick.

The roof is designed as a four-pitched structure with a 35% slope, built with a timber frame, waterproofing layers, and “Bramac” Atica ceramic tiles. Roof drainage is managed by visible PVC gutters.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with silicate plaster in two colors (HBW 89 Baumit Life 0019 and HBW 16 Baumit Life 0372), partially clad with Vratsa limestone and timber cladding in golden oak color. Window frames are made of PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foiled, dark oak color) with double-glazed white float low-emission K-glass units.
