One-Story Single-Family House in Bolyartsi, Plovdiv Region

The subject of the project is a one-story single-family house in the village of Bolyartsi, Plovdiv Region. The building is freestanding according to the planning visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access are provided from the northeast, via the street. Two parking spaces are provided within the property boundaries.

The house consists of a single story and has no basement.

At elevation ±0.00 the following are situated: entrance/corridor, living room with kitchen and dining area, laundry room, bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a veranda).

The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, made of reinforced concrete slab with thermal and waterproofing, and internal drainage.

The exterior walls are made of 25 cm Wienerberger brick masonry with efficient external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with material applied on the exterior of the concrete structure and masonry walls. Interior partition walls are also Wienerberger brick, 12 cm and 25 cm thick.

Heating is provided by electric convection appliances.

The façades are insulated and finished with several materials and colors. The white plaster (BAUMIT, 0019 – HBW 89) is combined with partial cladding in gray basalt stone. The terrace railings are both solid and made of tempered glass.

The window joinery is aluminum ETEM E75 in RAL 7011 gray, with triple-glazed low-emission float glass.
