Single-Family House with Pool in Cherven Village

The project involves the design of a two-storey single-family residential house with a swimming pool, located in the village of Cherven. The building is free-standing within the property boundaries, in accordance with the issued design permit. Vehicular and pedestrian access are from the southwest, facing the street. Two parking spaces are planned within the property. The building consists of two above-ground floors and has no basement.

At elevation ±0.00, the layout includes: an entrance hall, storage room, toilet, open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a staircase providing access to the upper floor.

At elevation +3.00, the layout includes: a corridor, utility/storage room, bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms, and a terrace.

The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete load-bearing structure. The external walls are constructed with 25 cm thick Wienerberger brick masonry, with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated using insulation material installed externally on both the reinforced concrete structure and the surrounding walls. The internal partition walls are also made of Wienerberger bricks, with thicknesses of 12 cm and 25 cm.

The roof structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab (flat roof), thermally and hydro-insulated, with internal drainage.

Heating is provided by individual heating appliances.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with a combination of materials and colors. The plaster finish is in white (BAUMIT, 0019 – HBW 89) and gray (BAUMIT, 0864 – HBW 33), with portions of the façade clad in composite panels by AreSBond, wood-effect (ARW-3801). The terrace railings are solid (non-transparent).

The window joinery is aluminum, ETEM E75 profile, in RAL 7011 (gray), with triple-glazed low-emissivity float glass.
