-Roof: Flat, waterproof and thermally insulated, with internal drainage
-Exterior walls: 25 cm “Wienerberger” brick with external insulation
-Interior walls: 12–25 cm “Wienerberger” brick
-Heating: Fireplace and electric convectors

Façade & Finishing:
-White and grey BAUMIT plaster (0019 and 0882)
-Natural wooden cladding and decorative Aresbond panels (ARS-1102 grey)
-Windows: ETEM E75 aluminum joinery in RAL 7011 (iron grey), triple glazing
