Layout:
- Basement level (-3.50 m): Garage for two cars, entrance foyer, stairwell, boiler room, WC, and two storage units.
- Ground floor (±0.00): Living room, dining and kitchen with terrace to the south, hallway, bedroom with private terrace, bathroom, laundry, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, third bedroom with terrace.
- Second floor (+2.80): Identical layout to ground floor.
- Top level (+5.60): Stairwell and veranda with access to a green rooftop garden.

Construction:
- Load-bearing structure: Reinforced concrete.
- External walls: 25 cm Wienerberger bricks with exterior thermal insulation.
- Roof: Flat, fully hydro- and thermally insulated, with internal PVC drainage.
- Interior walls: 12 and 25 cm bricks.
- Facade: White plaster with 5 cm grooves (Baumit HBW 89), mosaic gray plaster (Baumit M 330), and composite Aresbond cladding in Milk White.
- Windows: ETEM E75 aluminum frames, RAL 7016, with triple glazing.
