Design of an Aluminum Joinery Workshop with Showroom and Office Area in Asenovgrad

The subject of the development is an “Aluminum Joinery Workshop with Showroom and Office Area” located in Asenovgrad.

The building is designed as a free-standing structure on the plot. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the east, along the street. Three parking spaces are provided within the boundaries of the property.

The building is two-storey, without a basement. At elevation 0.00, the layout includes a production area, showroom, sanitary unit with changing room, and staff room. The production area has two exits with direct access to the terrain. The access to the second floor (the office area) is separate from the production zone and is also from the east.

Access to the second floor at elevation +3.85 is via a monolithic staircase.

The second floor comprises five offices, a conference room with a kitchenette, a corridor, three sanitary facilities, and two terraces. A revision opening is planned for access to the roof.

The structural system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are built with 25 cm thick brick masonry and externally insulated with effective thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are eliminated with insulation material applied externally to both the concrete structure and masonry walls. Internal partition walls are brick, with thicknesses of 12 cm and 25 cm.

The roof is flat, with thermal and waterproof insulation. Drainage is provided through PVC scuppers and exterior PVC downpipes along the façades.

The façades are insulated and finished with white plaster, partially clad with composite façade cladding (type “etalbond”) in two colors – grey and red. The windows are PVC, 6-chamber profile, single-sided foil-coated in RAL 7016, with double-glazed low-emission float glass.
