The project concerns a single-family residential building located in the village of Branipole, Rodopi Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The house is detached and single-storey, with no basement.
At elevation ±0.00, the floor plan includes: entrance hall, corridor, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, storage room, and a living room with kitchenette that opens onto a covered veranda.
The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are built with 25 cm thick brick masonry and externally insulated with effective thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with external thermal material applied to both the concrete frame and masonry walls. Interior partition walls are brick with thicknesses of 12 cm and 25 cm.
The roof is a four-pitched structure, fully waterproofed and thermally insulated, and covered with Tondach roof tiles in wine-red color. Drainage is provided by visible seamless gutters with polyester coating and downpipes mounted on the façade.
The façades are thermally insulated and finished with white plaster, partially clad with natural gneiss stone in brown bone color. The window joinery is PVC, 6-chamber profile, single-sided foil-coated in RAL 8016 (mahogany brown), with double-glazed low-emission white float glass units.
