The project involves the construction of a two-storey building consisting of a shop (on the ground floor), an office (on the second floor), and a separate self-service car wash. The office building is semi-detached on the southeast side and separated from the car wash by a structural joint. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided from the northwest side, via the adjacent street.

Several open-air parking spaces are designated within the plot—some for the shop and office, and others for the car wash.

The shop and office building has two floors and no basement. It features two separate entrances: one from the northwest for the shop and another from the southwest for the office part. Due to the site's elevation difference, the office entrance is at elevation +1.40 m.

At elevation ±0.00, the ground floor includes a retail unit, a restroom, a changing room, and a staircase connecting to the upper floor.
At elevation +4.20, the upper floor includes an office, a toilet, and another changing room.

The load-bearing structure of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are constructed with Wienerberger 25 cm brick masonry and externally insulated. The roof structure consists of a flat reinforced concrete slab, thermally and waterproof insulated, with internal drainage.

Aluminum joinery is installed, ETEM E75 in RAL 9023 (dark gray), with double low-emission float glass units.

The self-service car wash is separated from the office building by an expansion joint and is built with a metal structure and 10 cm thick sandwich panels. It is designed according to the technological standards of the contractor selected by the investor (details are provided in the project documentation).

Three identical bays for manual car washing are to be constructed. On the northeast facade, two vacuum stations will be placed for customer use. A technical room is located on the southeast side with direct access from the yard, intended for maintenance of the car wash systems.

The car wash roof is flat, made with sandwich panels on a metal structure, fully insulated, and internally drained.

The façades of both buildings are insulated and clad in three colors of Aresbond composite panels: white (RAL 9010), red (RAL 3013), and blue (RAL 5017), giving the entire facility a distinctive modern appearance.

Windows are aluminum, ETEM E75, in RAL 9023 (dark gray), with double-glazed units.
