Contemporary Single-storey House with Thermal Insulation and Decorative Cladding

The residential building is single-storey and does not have a basement.

At elevation ±0.00, the layout includes an entrance hall, corridor, one bedroom, another bedroom with direct access to the yard, an antechamber leading to a bathroom with a toilet, a separate WC, a kitchen with a living and dining area, and a staircase that provides access to the roof.

The load-bearing structure of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, with a roof built from timber structure.

The enclosing walls are constructed from 25 cm thick brick masonry, fitted with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with external insulation applied to the concrete frame and masonry walls. Interior partition walls are made of 12 cm thick bricks.

The roof is a double-pitched (gable) type, thermally and waterproof insulated, and covered with Tondach “Twist” ceramic tiles in a copper-brown color. Drainage is resolved with visible seamless PVC gutters coated with polyester in RAL 1036, and external downpipes.

Heating is provided via household electric appliances (convector heaters).

The façades are thermally insulated and treated with white plaster (Baumit HBW 89 Life 0019), partially finished with natural wood cladding, and the base is lined with brown-colored gneiss stone veneer.

The window frames are aluminum ETEM E75, colored RAL 1036, with triple-glazed insulating glass units.
