This is a project for a two-storey holiday house located in the village of Mostovo, municipality of Asenovgrad, Plovdiv region. The building is free-standing on the plot, positioned according to regulatory setbacks from the street and neighboring properties, in compliance with the approved design brief. The main pedestrian entrance is from the southwest, while vehicle access to the garage—intended for two cars—is from the northwest via the street.

The house has no basement.
At elevation 0.00, the layout includes an entrance hall, corridor, laundry room, bathroom, jacuzzi, antechamber, storage room, study, living room with kitchenette, and a garage for two cars located at elevation -0.20. The living room opens to a covered veranda.

Access to elevation +2.80 is via a monolithic concrete staircase located in the living room. The upper floor features a corridor, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace accessible from the hallway. An inspection hatch provides access to the roof.

The building’s load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with external thermal materials applied to the concrete structure and the walls. Interior partitions are built with 12 cm and 25 cm brick masonry.

The roof consists of a combination of gable and single-pitched surfaces on multiple levels with a 40% slope. It is constructed from a timber frame, includes waterproofing layers, and is finished with Bramac ceramic roof tiles. Drainage is ensured through visible PVC gutters and external downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with white plaster, wooden cladding in golden oak color, and partial natural stone facing (“kokal”-style).
The windows are 6-chamber PVC profiles (grey foil-coated on one side) with double glazing, including low-emissivity white float glass (Ka-coating).
