Single-family Two-storey House with Garage and Yard in Muldava, Asenovgrad Municipality

This project involves the design of a single-family house with a garage, located in the village of Muldava, municipality of Asenovgrad, Plovdiv region. The house is free-standing on the plot, and includes a supplementary structure—a garage. Vehicle and pedestrian access is from the northeast, via the street. Two parking spaces are provided within the garage.

The building consists of two above-ground levels and has no basement. A two-flight monolithic staircase connects the floors and is naturally lit from the northwest. The stairwell has adequate turning area according to regulations.

At elevation 0.00, the floor plan includes an entrance vestibule, corridor, bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, a separate WC, and a living room with kitchenette. From this level, there is access to the backyard via a staircase leading down to elevation -0.85.

At elevation +3.15, the upper floor contains a corridor, study, walk-in closet, a bedroom with terrace, a bathroom with laundry space, and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace.

The load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridge insulation is applied externally to the concrete structure and surrounding masonry. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm brick.

The roof is designed on two levels, both sloped, covered with Tondach ceramic tiles: one portion covers part of the first floor and the other covers the entire second floor. Drainage is handled via visible cornice-type PVC gutters and external downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with white plaster, Vratsa limestone cladding, and partial vinyl siding for a warm accent.
The windows are 6-chamber PVC profiles (foil-coated in RAL 7016 – anthracite grey) with double glazing consisting of low-emission white float glass (Ka-coating).
