This project is for a one-storey single-family house located in the village of Stoevo, Asenovgrad Municipality. The building is free-standing within the plot according to the planning visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the west, from the street. The entrance to the house is also from the west. One parking space is provided within the property.
At elevation 0.00, the following spaces are planned: entrance/corridor, dining room/kitchen, living room with access to a covered veranda, toilet, bathroom, storage room, and two bedrooms.
The house has a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. A reinforced concrete slab is designed beneath the pitched roof, with effective mineral wool insulation above it. The walls are built with hollow ceramic bricks. The internal partition walls are made of 12 cm and 25 cm thick bricks. The roof is gabled with a 35% slope, constructed with a wooden roof structure, waterproofing layers, and covered with “Bramac” Atica ceramic tiles. Roof drainage is provided by PVC gutters.
The façades are thermally insulated and rendered with Baumit plaster (HBW 58 Baumit Life), and partially clad with natural “kokal” type stone. The windows are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foiled, wood color) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
