Project of a Four-Storey Residential Building with Two Garages, Two Apartments and a Three-Bedroom Maisonette in Asenovgrad

This is a project for a residential building with garages in Asenovgrad. The building consists of four above-ground floors and a basement. Vehicle and pedestrian access is from the southwest. There are two indoor parking spaces within the garages and two additional open parking spaces within the plot boundaries.

At elevation 0.00 (first floor), two garages are designed, each with a sanitary unit, as well as two storage rooms.

At elevation +2.80 (second floor), two one-bedroom apartments are situated.

On the third and fourth floors, a maisonette-type apartment with three bedrooms is designed.

The façades are thermally insulated and rendered with plaster HBW 45 (Baumit Life 0165) at the bay windows and HBW 16 (Baumit Life 0372) for the rest of the building, partially clad with travertine stone tiles (60x30 cm with 5 cm joints). Decorative columns and cornices are provided, finished with HBW 76 plaster (Baumit Life 0698). The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foiled, white color, RAL 9016) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass). Roof windows by Velux are provided to illuminate the attic floor.
