Three-storey Single-family House with Flat Roof and Modern Design in Asenovgrad

The project involves a single-family house located in Asenovgrad. The building is free-standing on the plot in accordance with the issued design visa. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the northwest, from the street. One parking space is provided within the boundaries of the property.

The house consists of three above-ground levels with no basement.
At elevation ±0.00: entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with living and dining area, one bedroom, a veranda, and a staircase connecting all floors.
At elevation +2.90: corridor, laundry room, bathroom with toilet, terrace, three bedrooms, and staircase.
At elevation +5.80: corridor, toilet, storage room, and terrace.

The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is a flat reinforced concrete slab with thermal and waterproofing layers and internal drainage.
The exterior walls are made of 25 cm Wienerberger bricks with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated externally with thermal insulation materials. Internal partitions are also Wienerberger bricks with thicknesses of 12 cm and 25 cm.

The facade is treated with a combination of white plaster (BAUMIT 0019 – HBW 89), composite cladding type "Zahid" in two colors – dark wood (ACLASS 3126) and light wood (ACLASS 3129), and partial cladding with gray basalt stone. Terrace railings are solid and made of tempered glass.
The joinery is aluminum, ETEM E75, RAL 7011 gray, with triple glazing and low-emission Ka-glass. Heating is provided via domestic electric convector units.
