The project involves a residential building located in the central urban area of Plovdiv. The building is to be positioned between two walls (one existing and one future), in accordance with the design visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access is from the west, via the street. Parking is provided in the basement, accessed via a ramp.
The building consists of four above-ground floors and a basement.
At level -3.50, accessed by a vehicle ramp, there are ten parking spaces (two of which are double via car platforms: 7&8; 9&10), ten storage units (one per apartment), a technical room, an elevator, and a staircase.
At level ±0.00, there is a corridor, common room, two apartments, an elevator, and a staircase. Due to the level difference at the entrance, several steps and a disability lift are provided.
Apartment 1: entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, bedroom, living room with kitchenette and dining area.
Apartment 2: entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and dining area.
At level +2.85, there are three apartments, an elevator, and a staircase:

The building structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, built from reinforced concrete slab with thermal and waterproof insulation, and internal drainage.
The exterior walls are 25 cm thick Wienerberger brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated from the outside. Internal partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick Wienerberger bricks.
Heating and ventilation are provided by a climate and ventilation system per HVAC design.
The facades are thermally insulated and finished with a mix of white (BAUMIT 0019 - HBW 89) and grey (BAUMIT 0882 - HBW 11) plaster, white Aresbond facade panels (ARS - 1001), and partial grey clinker stone cladding. The terrace railings are solid and made of tempered glass.
The joinery is aluminum, ETEM E45, RAL 7011 grey, with triple-pane low-emission Ka-glass.
