The project concerns a single-family house in Asenovgrad.
The building is detached within the plot, according to the issued design visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the northeast, facing the street. Two open parking spaces are provided within the property.
The building consists of two above-ground floors without a basement, served by a double-flight monolithic staircase lit from the façade.
At elevation ±0.00, the layout includes: a corridor, storage room, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, laundry room, and a bedroom.
At elevation +2.80, there are four terraces, three bedrooms, a corridor, a study, and two bathrooms.
Elevation +5.60 is an attic space, with the staircase reaching this level.
The building’s load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The façades are thermally insulated and finished with beige plaster in travertine style, partially clad with facade composite panels of the “Etalbond” type in light golden oak color, and a stone base plinth made of brown gneiss masonry.
The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-sided foil, color RAL 7016) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
