The project concerns a single-family residential building located in the village of Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality. The house is freely positioned on the property according to the approved design visa. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the northwest, from the street. Two open parking spaces are provided within the property boundaries.

The building consists of three above-ground floors and has no basement. All levels are connected by a two-flight monolithic staircase illuminated by the façade.

At elevation ±0.00, the following spaces are located: entrance hall, corridor, staircase to elevation +3.15, toilet, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two storage rooms, living room with kitchen area, and a partially covered veranda accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.

At elevation +3.15, the design includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room with kitchen area, corridor, walk-in closet, laundry room, and a terrace accessible from both the bedrooms and the living room.

At elevation +6.30, there is a bedroom with walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a kitchen area (connected internally to the bedroom), and two terraces.

The building’s load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with externally applied thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are addressed with insulation mounted on the reinforced concrete frame and walls. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick brick masonry.

The roof is multi-pitched, thermally and hydro-insulated, covered with "Tondach" Mediterranean-style tiles in antique terracotta color. Drainage is handled by exposed seamless gutters with polyester coating in brown, connected to external downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished in two types of plaster—white and brown—and partially clad in natural stone and suspended PVC siding in a wood tone. The windows are made of PVC (6-chamber profile, single-sided foil, wood-colored) with double-glazed low-emission float glass.
