Design of a Two-Storey Warehouse for Storage of Industrial Goods (Tools)

The project envisions the construction of a warehouse facility for the storage of industrial goods (tools). The building is attached to a neighboring structure on its western side (party wall) and is centrally located within the property, with two levels.

The plot’s entrance, as well as the warehouse entrances, are located on the northeast side, while the staff entrance is on the northwest. Parking is provided via several parking spaces in the yard, located near the plot entrance.

The warehouse has a built-up area of 315.30 sq.m. and features separate entrances for staff and logistics. A perimeter sidewalk will be constructed at ground level (±0.00). The clear height of the ground floor is 4.30 meters. This level includes two storage rooms, a staff room, separate sanitary facilities for men and women, a corridor, and a two-flight staircase that connects to the second floor.

Structurally, the building consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls, and external ceramic brick masonry. EPS thermal insulation (10 cm) is applied to the outer walls and XPS (10 cm) to the base walls. The roof is flat, made of reinforced concrete, thermally and waterproof insulated, with internal drainage.

Aluminum windows with double glazing are planned. Heating and ventilation are only provided in the office part of the building, using inverter air conditioning units.
