The subject of the development is a single-family residential house with a garage in the village of Trud, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region.
The house is freestanding on the plot, in accordance with the approved site plan. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the north, from the street. One parking space is provided in the garage.
The building is single-storey, without a basement.
At elevation ±0.00, the layout includes: entrance hall, corridor, two bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, storage room, garage, living room with kitchen area, and a covered veranda.
The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated with insulation applied externally to both the concrete structure and the walls. Internal partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick.
The roof is pitched, thermally and waterproof insulated, and covered with standing seam sheet metal. Drainage is solved using visible seamless white PVC gutters with polyester coating and external downpipes.
The facades are insulated and finished with a two-tone plaster – cream-white (Baumit HBW 72 Life 0199) and brown (Baumit HBW 18 Life 0351), partially clad in cream-colored natural stone (type "kokal"). The windows are triple-layered wood with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
A full structural project is included, as well as design documentation for the Electrical, Plumbing, Energy Efficiency, Geodesy, and Vertical Planning parts.
