The project involves the design of a two-storey detached single-family house in the town of Kuklen. The building is freestanding and located in the northwestern part of the plot, in accordance with the development permit. Pedestrian and vehicular access are from the northwest side, facing the street. A double garage is provided.

The house consists of two above-ground floors. The first floor is partially embedded into the terrain, with no basement. Access from the street is at elevation ±0.00.

At elevation -3.85, the layout includes: a corridor, toilet, office, storage room, living room with kitchen and dining area, which leads to a veranda, and a staircase providing access to the upper floor.

At elevation ±0.00, the layout is split between two levels, connected by a few steps. The lower level includes: an entrance hall, double garage, and the staircase.

At elevation +0.70, the floor features: a corridor, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, and three bedrooms with access to terraces. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with toilet and a walk-in closet.

The structural system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The external walls are 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective thermal insulation applied externally. Thermal bridges are insulated with external material on both the concrete structure and walls. Interior partition walls are made of 12 cm thick brick masonry.

The roof is flat, thermally and hydro-insulated, and drained using internal PVC downpipes.

Heating is provided via individual heating appliances.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with gray Baumit HBW 16 Life 0443 plaster. Some parts are clad with light gray clinker tiles (RAL 7035), and others with Aresbond composite panels (ARS-1101 RAT MILK WHITE), insulated with 10 cm rock wool. The window frames are aluminum ETEM E75, color RAL 7016, with triple glazing.
