Hotel with Restaurant and Commercial Unit – Asenovgrad

The project concerns the development of a hotel with a restaurant and a commercial unit in the town of Asenovgrad. At ground level (elevation 0.00), the design includes a lobby, reception area, cloakroom, elevator, staircase, restrooms, restaurant, and a retail unit.

Retail Unit No. 1 (Built-up area: 97.50 sq.m) consists of a commercial area, storage room, staff changing room, and restroom.

At elevation +3.85, the layout includes a staircase, elevator, laundry room, supply storage, housekeeping room, corridor, 7 hotel rooms, and one apartment.

At the same elevation (+3.85), another core includes a staircase enclosed in a stairwell leading to +10.15, an elevator, technical room, cloakroom, corridor, 7 rooms, and an apartment.

At elevation +10.15, a technical room and a door providing access to the unused flat roof are located.

The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete structural system. The external walls are built with 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with external insulating materials applied to both the concrete structure and walls. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick brick masonry.

The facades are thermally insulated and finished with gray plaster and partially clad with ETALBOND composite panels in graphite and wood-effect colors.
