Two-storey Single-family House with Terraces, Garage and Travertine Facade in Muldava, Asenovgrad

The project involves a single-family residential house located in the village of Muldava, Asenovgrad Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The building is free-standing in the southwestern part of the plot, in accordance with the issued design visa. Pedestrian and vehicular access is from the east, from the street, with parking provided in a single-car garage.

The house consists of two above-ground floors and has no basement.
At level ±0.00: entrance hall with access to the veranda, living room with kitchenette and dining area (at level –0.30), bathroom, one bedroom, storage room, single-car garage, and staircase.

At level +3.15: corridor, a bedroom with walk-in closet and private terrace, laundry room, another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, private terrace, and a third bedroom with its own terrace and separate bathroom.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are made of 25 cm brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated with external insulation applied over both concrete and masonry. Internal partitions are 12 cm brick.

The roof is pitched, thermally and waterproof insulated, and covered with red ceramic tiles – Tondach “Mediterran”.
Drainage is via visible seamless PVC gutters with polyester coating in RAL 1011, using external downpipes.

Heating is provided by electric convector units and a decorative bioethanol fireplace.

The facade is finished with beige plaster (Baumit HBW 71 Life 0379), partially lined with natural travertine stone and Aresbond composite cladding (ARW-3801 Walnut).
The window joinery is aluminum, ETEM E75, RAL 1011, with triple low-emission glazing.
