The project concerns a two-storey single-family residential building located in the village of Cherven, Asenovgrad Municipality. The building is freely positioned on the plot in accordance with the development visa. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the southwest, from the street. Two open parking spaces are provided within the property.

The house has two above-ground floors without a basement. The levels are connected by a double-flight monolithic staircase lit from the façade.

Due to the slope of the plot, two entrances are provided: one at parking level (elevation +1.40), located at the intermediate stair landing, and the other at yard level (elevation 0.00). An exterior staircase connects both access points.

At elevation 0.00, the ground floor includes: corridor/entrance hall, WC, storage, pantry, living room with kitchenette, and a study.

At elevation +2.80, the upper floor comprises: three bedrooms, two terraces, a bathroom, and a corridor.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick brick masonry with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated externally on the reinforced concrete structure and walls. Interior partitions are 12 cm and 25 cm thick brick masonry.

The roof is gable, waterproofed, and covered with Tondach ceramic tiles in burgundy red color. Drainage is solved using visible PVC cornice-type gutters and external downpipes.

Façades are thermally insulated and finished with two types of plaster (cream and brown), partially clad with pine-colored vinyl siding and grey-blue gneiss stone. The joinery is made of PVC (6-chamber profile, one-sided foil, color RAL 7016) with double-glazed low-emission white float K-glass.
