Project for a Modern Three-Level Single-Family House with Flat Roof and Terraces in Gorni Voden, Asenovgrad

The project concerns a modern single-family house in the Gorni Voden district of Asenovgrad. The building is freestanding on the plot.

Pedestrian access is from the northeast and southeast. Three parking spaces are planned within the plot – one in the southeastern corner and two in the northeastern part.

The house consists of two above-ground floors and a third level used as a terrace, connected by a double-flight monolithic staircase illuminated from the façade.

At elevation ±0.00, the layout includes the staircase core with an exit to the yard on the northeast, a storage room, corridor, two bedrooms, a bathroom with anteroom, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to small verandas and the yard.

At elevation +3.15, there are a corridor, WC, kitchen, living and dining room with a small pantry, terrace, and both covered and uncovered verandas.

At elevation +6.30, there is a usable roof terrace, which also serves as the main entrance to the building from the street on the southeast side, where a parking space is located.

The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are 25 cm thick ceramic brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated externally on the concrete elements and walls. Interior partitions are 12 cm and 25 cm thick brick masonry.

The roof is flat, thermally and waterproof insulated, and usable.

The façades are thermally insulated and finished with white plaster, partially clad with natural grey stone (irregular stone tiles), and partially clad with gold oak-colored aluminium composite panels (Etalbond type). The joinery is aluminium (6-chamber profile, one-sided foil, RAL 7016) with double-glazed low-emission white float K-glass. Roof lighting is provided by Velux skylights for the storage spaces under the roof.
