The project concerns a two-storey guest house in the village of Mostovo, Asenovgrad Municipality. The house is freestanding on the plot in accordance with the design visa.

In the southwestern part of the property, facing the street, there is a parking area with five parking spaces, and the access to the house is from the northwest.

At elevation 0.00, the layout includes: veranda, entrance hall, staircase leading to the second floor (lit from the south and east), utility room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a WC.

At elevation +2.80, the second floor comprises: corridor, storage room, and three bedrooms each with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features a southeast-facing terrace.

In the spirit of Bulgarian tradition, the cantilevered elements (ekeri) are ornamented with decorative wooden components. All exterior and interior timber elements are treated with fire-retardant coating and impregnated for fire protection.

The architectural appearance aligns with the scale, materials, and façade composition of the traditional Rhodope house, harmonized with modern minimalist lines.

The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are 25 cm thick brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated externally on the reinforced concrete structure and surrounding walls. Interior partition walls are 12 cm and 25 cm thick.

The roof is hipped/multi-pitched with a 35% slope, constructed with a timber structure, waterproofed, and covered with ceramic tiles.

The façades are thermally insulated and clad up to the plinth with artificial stone in "Rhodope masonry" style, with the upper parts finished in white plaster. The windows are made of triple-layered laminated timber with double-glazed white float low-emission K-glass.

Heating is provided via a fireplace and electric convectors.
