Three-Storey Residential Building with Garage and Parking Spaces in Asenovgrad with Composite Façade

The project concerns a residential building with garage, located in Asenovgrad. The building is freestanding on the plot in accordance with the design visa. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the east, from the street. Two parking spaces are provided in the garage, and one additional open parking space is located within the property.

The building consists of three above-ground floors with no basement, accessed by a double-flight monolithic staircase, illuminated by the façade.

The entrance is at elevation -0.70. At this level are also located a storage room and the garage.

At elevation 0.00, two additional storage rooms are provided. There is a connection to the inner courtyard from elevation -0.70. The +2.80 floor is accessed via the monolithic staircase.

Apartment №1 (GFA: 123.40 sq.m) includes: corridor, bathroom, WC, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), and three terraces. Its storage room is located externally on elevation 0.00.

At elevation +5.60 is located Apartment №2 (GFA: 117.60 sq.m), which includes: corridor, bathroom, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two terraces.

The roof is hipped, waterproofed, and covered with "Tondach Figaro Deluxe" ceramic tiles in dark brown. Drainage is provided by visible PVC eave-type gutters and external downpipes along the façade.

The façades are thermally insulated and treated with two types of plaster, partially clad with composite façade panels (Alubond) in light golden oak color. The windows are PVC (6-chamber profile, foil-coated on one side, RAL 7019) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
