Four-Storey Residential Building with Three Apartments and Attic Storage in Dolni Voden, Asenovgrad

The project concerns a residential building located in the Dolni Voden neighborhood of Asenovgrad. The building consists of three residential floors and an attic level with storage rooms. The main entrance is on the southwest, facing the internal courtyard. Each residential floor contains a single apartment, vertically connected by a four-flight monolithic staircase, lit from the northwest.

At elevation ±0.00 (first floor), Apartment №1 (GFA: 105.45 sq.m) includes: corridor, bathroom and WC, three bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen.

At elevation +2.80 (second floor), Apartment №2 (GFA: 143.00 sq.m) includes: corridor, laundry room, bathroom and WC, three bedrooms, three terraces, living room with kitchen and dining area.

At elevation +5.60 (third floor), Apartment №3 (GFA: 143.00 sq.m) includes: corridor, laundry room, bathroom and WC, three bedrooms, three terraces, living room with kitchen and dining area.

At elevation +8.40 (fourth floor), the attic level includes a corridor and storage rooms.

The load-bearing structure of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete.

Exterior walls are 25 cm ceramic brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are treated externally. Internal partitions are 12 cm and 25 cm brick walls.

The roof is pitched, made of wooden structure with a 40% slope, covered with red "Tondach Twist" ceramic tiles. Drainage is provided via galvanized eave-type gutters and external PVC downpipes.

The façades are thermally insulated, finished with HBW 6 Baumit Life 0891 plaster (white), and partially clad with HPL façade laminate in dark oak color. Windows are 6-chamber PVC (RAL 7016, foil-coated on one side) with double glazing (white float low-emission K-glass).
