Project for a Three-Storey Single-Family House with Veranda and Garage in Dolni Voden, Asenovgrad, Featuring Partially Underground Level

The project concerns a single-family residential building located in Dolni Voden district, Asenovgrad Municipality, Plovdiv Region.

The house is freely positioned on the plot according to the development visa, with vehicular and pedestrian access from the southeast along the street regulation line. Parking is accommodated in a garage.

The building has three above-ground floors, with the first floor partially underground. All levels are served by a double-flight monolithic staircase lit from the northwest façade.

At elevation -3.15, the partially underground floor includes: corridor, storage room with access from the yard, toilet with anteroom, fitness room with shower, and a kitchen with dining area.

At elevation ±0.00, the ground floor comprises: a two-car garage, corridor, storage room, toilet with anteroom, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room with kitchen, and veranda.

At elevation +3.15, the top floor includes: two bedrooms with terraces, corridor, shared bathroom, and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and terrace.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic bricks with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated externally on the concrete structure and enclosing walls. Interior partition walls are made of 12 cm and 25 cm ceramic brick masonry.

The roof is hipped, covered with Bramac "Attica Antique" ceramic tiles. Drainage is solved with visible PVC cornice-type gutters and external downpipes along the façades.

Façades are thermally insulated and finished with light travertine-style plaster, white plaster, and partial cladding with natural travertine/limestone stone. Window frames are made of PVC (6-chamber profile, one-sided foil in dark oak color), with double-glazed white float low-emission K-glass units.
