This project is a single-family residential building located in the Dolni Voden district of Asenovgrad municipality, Plovdiv region. Positioned above Dolni Voden with panoramic views of the lowlands, the site has slight elevation variation. The house is placed in the southwestern corner of the plot to open up a yard facing the view. A veranda is planned on the northeast side, along with a water feature. A partially covered parking structure is included as supplementary development.

-12 cm brick internal partitions
-Flat roof, thermally and waterproof insulated, drained via internal PVC pipes
-EPS 10 cm and rock wool 10 cm insulation
-Façade materials: white plaster, “Aresbond” ARW-9807 Royal Teak and ARS-1001 Milk White panels, and decorative grey gneiss cladding
-Windows: ETEM E75 aluminum, RAL 7016, triple glazing
